St. Denis Sundries shall not have any liability to you by reason of any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Policies if the delay or failure to perform is occasioned by any act of God/act of Nature, storm, fire, casualty, unanticipated work stoppage, power outage, satellite failure, strike, lockout, labor dispute, civil disturbance, riot, war, public health emergency, epidemic, pandemic or national emergency, international dispute, economic dispute, tariff, Governmental action or other causes beyond our commercially reasonable ability to control.

Product Information & Accuracy
We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, photos, and availability are accurate and up to date. Not all products may be available due to shipping or producer issues. Seasonal items may be listed for a limited time on the General Store but still available at St. Denis Sundries Online, our Printify pop-up store. We regularly add new items and retire older items, along with coffee and tea offerings. If you are interested in an item no longer offered, please contact us at the address below. We will do our best to help you order that item unless the product producer/printer no longer carries the blank.

However, occasional errors, typos, supplier changes, or inventory issues may occur. If inaccuracies are discovered, they will be corrected as quickly as possible.

Colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on screens, printing methods, materials, and seasonal supplier changes.

Descriptions of coffee and tea products are provided for general informational and enjoyment purposes only.

We do not make medical or health claims regarding our products. Flavor notes, roast descriptions, and ingredient information are provided to the best of our knowledge and based on supplier information.

Returns & Damaged Items
Because many items are made to order or fulfilled by third-party partners, returns may be limited.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information so we can help resolve the issue.
